Planning a gathering? We bring over 15 years of experience to the table, crafting delicious buffet-style feasts and delivering them with meticulous care. Customizable serving staff arrangements are available with advanced notice to elevate your event. While our Smokehouse is seasonal, our LDHH-permitted Large Batch Kitchen, located on our rural Tangipahoa Parish property, is ready year-round. This setup allows us to be a dedicated prepare, cook, and deliver service, ensuring you get fantastic food for your budget! (Please note: out-of-area delivery rates may apply.)
